New subscribers:

1. Promo is open to all new Dream subscribers.

2. Visit any of our DREAM business office and accredited dealers nationwide.

3. Pay an initial amount of Php9,888 to receive the following:

   1. Set-Top-Box (STB)

   2. Satellite Dish (Out-Door-Unit)

   3. SmartCard

   4. 3 years access to 24 premium channel

   5. FREE Pay-Per-View access to Pacquiao-Cotto boxing bout on November 15, 2009.

EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS

(Member-Get-Member)

1. Promo is open to all CURRENT ACTIVE DREAM subscribers.

2. Dream active subscriber will receive a call from our DreamCare Specialists. Alternatively, current subscribers who call the DreamCare Hotlines to inquire about the promo will receive a fax Member-Get-Member numbered form.

3. Active subscribers who visit the nearest DREAM business offices and accredited dealers must fill-out a numbered referral form and refer at least one (1) relative or friend.

4. The DREAM business offices and its accredited dealers will forward the accomplished numbered referral form to Philippine Multi-Media System Inc. - Customer Support Group (PMSI-CSG) (fax #7443380) for processing and validation.

5. Any valid referral of a subscriber with Dream Lite 390 subscription will be upgraded to Dream Star 650 for 12 months. Referror subscriber will just have to continue re-loading Php390.00 per month for 12 months, but will be able to enjoy access to Dream Star 650 with 36 channels.

6. Any valid referral of a subscriber with Dream Star 650 subscription will enjoy FREE 5 months of Dream Star 650 subscription.

Promo period runs from November 9 to January 31, 2010.

Note: Numbered referral forms will be available at all Dream Satellite TV’s Business Offices and accredited dealers nationwide.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Referrors under Dream Star 650 plan shall be given the FREE 5 months load on an alternate basis to be given every other month (e.g. if you load up your account in January you will get your FREE month in February).

2. Re-loading will have to be done every 50 days. Failure to load during the prescribed 50-day period will revoke a subscriber’s entitlement to the FREE 5 months incentive.

3. Upon revocation of the FREE 5 months load, regular monthly loading of Php650.00 shall be required.
